The hotel has strong air conditioning that kept the room comfortable during the warmer days, and the Wi-Fi was high-quality and reliable enough for streaming or work. The location was just three minutes from the metro.
Room sizes are a bit cramped. I felt a little boxed in, pretty standard for Paris but still a downside for comfort. Noise from neighboring rooms was noticeable, especially with the thin walls, weighing down the overall peace I was looking for after a long day. The breakfast selection was somewhat limited. I would have preferred a hot option rather than just bread and pastries. Parking across the street posed a bit of an inconvenience, particularly with the unclear instructions on how to access it-definitely something to keep in mind if you have a lot of gear to haul around.

It was the perfect point for us on our way up to Calais from the south of France. We took a couple of days in Paris to break the journey. It was just a few hundred yards off the Boulevard Periphique. The secure, covered parking was fantastic. We did not touch the car once we arrived as the hotel is so close to a Line One Matro stop which got us into the heart of Paris in minutes. The Avenue de Paris has a fantastic selection of restaurants and a supermarket and boulangerie too. Can't recommend it highly enough for its sheer convenience and lovely english speaking staff. Plus free WiFi in the room.
I really can't think of anything. We did not sample breakfast as we were keen to get into Paris so can't comment on that. For the price we paid, everything was excellent.

My kids and I enjoyed being there. The location was excellent and perfect for walking around a massive 14th and 17th century French royal fortress. I ate in the excellent restaurant which was reasonably priced. Spent here 2 great days and will be back.

Here's the real story
A good stay with friendly staff and a comfy room! Ideal location just minutes from the metro for effortless travel to central Paris. Clean and well-kept. The nearby restaurants and shops added to the enjoyable experience. One minor drawback was the thin walls causing noise from adjacent rooms. I'd stay here again on future trips!

The size of the room was small, yet it was very comfortable. As a detail to thank I will mention that our room gave to the landing of the stairs (place of step for the residents of a plant of 7 rooms) and to alleviate the discomfort, it had a double door that isolated the exterior noise of the room. The elevator was very small and, I imagine that being added modernly, had the stops between floors, so you had to go up or down a stretch of 6 or 7 steps. In our case it was no problem at all. The hotel is very flirtatious and, besides being clean, it smells clean! Thank you. Vincennes, linked to Paris by the rapid metro (line 1) and just a few metres from the hotel, offered all the services and without the constraints of the big cities. It is a very good choice.
A small inconvenience that does not pass of anecdote: when arriving at the hotel one of the days of stay, we observed that they had not left us any towel and I went to the reception. The receptionist took a bath and a foot towel out of a closet and tried hard to find the key to the place where the other towels were kept. When he couldn't find it, he told us that he would tell his colleague and that they would bring them up to us. The next day we took a shower with two people with the only towel.

The location is super convenient, just across from the chateau de vincennes and close to the metro. The staff were genuinely friendly and helpful. Easy access to lovely restaurants nearby was a big plus too!

Friendly staff, location ideal due to subway close to the hotel, without being in centre of Paris. Quiet room. Breakfast room was small, however this was already mentionned on this site. Will stay again in this hotel next time.
